Fast forward toВ season 3, we find Ippo who has already claimed the Feather Weight title is making a stand to defend it for the 4th time since becoming champion. However Ippo would have to face a very skilled and powerful opponent named Sendou Takashi who at the time had equal if not greater power than Ippo.

Unfortunately Miyata was defeated inВ the semifinals and would not face Ippo. He fought hard and made it all the way to the finals hoping to see Miyata who was also in the same tournament.

Though not friends at the time a youg prodigy named Mayata boxed Ippo in a friendly sparring bout.

Pound for pound anybody who has seen the series knows that Ippo may look like a wimp at times but if he connects with any punch on an opponent there will be substantial damage. I cant say that I love it but lets say it has definitely caught my attention for the fall 2013 anime season. If you have not seen the series you should definitely not pass this one up. There is much more action and we do get some back story to (glasses) and to why she battles the younmu and what they are to her family as well as her amazing power of controlling her blood as a weapon(EPIC!!!)Д«ased on what i have seen so far it looks to be a very intriguing series and has alot to offer in the future from what i can tell. Even though you have a lot of basic introductions within episode 1 it is episode 2 where the series begins to shine. I mean come on I understand itвЂ™s a highs school end everything but lets get some real story at least in the first episode. All you really had was character introductions of which were on a name face basis but no defined reason behind why each character is there in the first place. With that said and out of the way the downside at least for the first episode was that there seemed to be no story and no plot. Sorry, Im only two episodes in so i canвЂ™t be to critical but hey it is what it is but i will say this reminds me of Deadman Wonderland which was pure entertainment but yeah. Considering that premise of the show I assumed this might be something like Strike The Blood but i havenвЂ™t figured that out yet. From what i have sen there is a clear I donвЂ™t like people vibe from glasses even though Akihito goes out of his way to help her. The chemistry between the two is different than what you might expect or least from what i would expect. Her вЂњsidekickвЂќ if you want to call him that is named Akihito who is a half human half younmu with makes him immortal reasons that havenвЂ™t been explained yet. Even though she may not be the best younmu hunter she is definitely capable of getting the job done. Mirai or (Glasses) as I like to call her is slowly becoming my favorite character of the series only because she is always so damn nervous and makes people uncomfortable but she is a a lowkey badass. Though it has some fast paced action itвЂ™s not nearly as fast as attack on titan or Hajime no Ippo its still great to watch.

This series seems like one of those rare animeвЂ™s that come around every so often. So after watching the first two episodes ill admit that I was thoroughly suprised but the series started out very nice with not to much story but it was enough to keep me interested. Disturbing events begin to unfold after Akihito saves Mirai. Mirai is isolated because of her ability to manipulate blood, which is unique even among members of the spirit world.

One day, Akihito meets freshman Mirai Kuriyama when it seems she is about to jump from the school rooftop. Although the boy appears human, he is half youmu and invulnerable to wounds because he can heal quickly. Other versions such as dubbed, other languages, etc.The dark fantasy follows a high school sophomore named Akihito Kanbara.
